Trish Thomas is the Co-Founder and CEO of Evanston-based Whole & Free Foods. Their Every Body Eat™ brand is making it possible for everybody to enjoy delicious food with the people they love – regardless of dietary restriction or preference. Trish is a serial entrepreneur and entrepreneurship educator. She piloted her research about the impact of psychological resilience on early stage venture success at Northwestern’s Garage, and migrated it to form the foundation of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation curriculum at Lake Forest College, where 10% of the students are ENTP minors. Trish has built three companies in a variety of industries including consumer products, global media, and online communities, as well as coached more than 100 entrepreneurs. She is obsessed with making it possible for everyone to eat, and furthering her skills, and everyone else’s, in fearless asking, navigating tough conversations, managing through adversity, reframing failure as usable data and building networks of support.
